A downloadable chess game for Windows

Ever wondered how chess would be if you could just "take" your own piece away?

This version of chess allows you to do that. As in real life, kings would sacrifice their underlings just to stay alive. This very harsh concept is embedded into the game.

Rules are simple:

  • You can take any adjacent piece to your king. (taken piece is called "Sacrifice")
  • The king gets the ability to mimic the move of the Sacrifice. (meaning if the Sacrifice was a knight then the king may move both in one unit octagonal + moves which is called supermove)
  • After the sacrifice, you get an extra turn which can allow you to perform supermove.
  • You (the king) may perform the sacrifice twice per match. The first sacrifice costs nothing but your own piece. The latter triggers "disbelief" among your own pieces, causing tension in the game by forcing you to end the game in the next three moves (three moves is your next three turns).
  • If you cannot end the game in the next three moves, the game ends automatically, which means you lost the trust of your pieces, thereby they forfeit and sacrifice you instead.
  • You can flip the board by pressing the Enter.
  • See the rest yourself.

The game is under development and is expected to receive PvP (via online, LAN) mode in the next updates.
